Faculty, staff, and 闪电资源网s need the support of their department chair, supervisor or faculty mentor, respectively. In addition, please secure IRB approval if required prior to submitting a request to Office of Institutional Analysis.
Please allow ample time for your request to be completed. We will attempt to meet any reasonable deadlines, but please note that requests will take an average of two weeks to fulfill.
