On March 14, the ÉÁµç×ÊÔ´Íø Chorus performed at Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium in New York City under the direction of Sinhaeng Lee, assistant professor of music and director of choral programs.

After a semester of studying and researching ecological theory, ÉÁµç×ÊÔ´Íøs in Professors Catherine Cardelús and Eddie Watkins’ Tropical Ecology course embarked on a three-week expedition across Peru.

Students working together to make kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, tempeh, and sourdough learned how fermentation creates transformation through communities of bacteria and what humans can learn from food and from one another.

The elective designation, awarded by the American Council on Education and the Carnegie Foundation, recognizing the University’s continuing commitment to community engagement and partnerships.

The second year of the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Colgate kicked off in early January with 40 ÉÁµç×ÊÔ´Íøs returning to campus. They participated in more than two weeks of intensive programming designed to prepare for internships and careers, while building connections among ÉÁµç×ÊÔ´Íøs, alumni, and top-ranked Tuck faculty.

The Lampert Scholars and Storing-Hou Director of the Lampert Institute for Civic and Global Affairs Chad Sparber traveled to Washington, D.C., in October to meet with alumni and policy experts, part of the institute’s mission to build a bridge between academic and applied work in a policy sphere.
